Rylee We Trusted You!

This weekend we decided it would be fun to take a little road trip, have a picnic, go on a hike... you know the usual get away plan. It all started out great, we each made food to bring, arranged for rides and packed up the car. Everything was perfect and we were so excited to finally be getting out of little Rexburg. For the first 20 minutes or so me and Kenna even sang at the top of our lungs in the car ranging from Rascal Flatts to One Direction. After about an hour we were wondering.. Where the heck is Rylee taking us? After asking her multiple times and checking directions we discovered we either missed a turn somewhere, or we were completely lost. Rylee reassured us it was the right way, but she was wrong! :( we all started to get a bit impatient so we decided to just pick a random place and eat so we headed up to Black Foot and ate at a park. It was all great once we got some food in our systems (as you know lack of food results in some pretty impatient girls). Finally, we decided that we should go take pictures and play a bit. It was a great idea and we got some great shots.. until we decided to do group shots. One by one our little teams took their pictures until we got to the R&R team. They didn't know what to do so Rylee suggested Rosa do a handstand. Rosa was unsure but still agreed. As fast as she went up she came right back down.. Rylee didn't catch her! It was hilarious to watch, because they decided to try it a second time and again she cam tumbling down. Laughing and in hysterics we heard Rosa scream from the floor covered in dry leaves "I trusted you!!" I think that was when we all lost it laughing uncontrollably. After that we enjoyed the view a bit then came back home. It was a good day, but we learned a valuable lesson: NEVER let Rylee get the directions or lead; and NEVER do a handstand near Rylee. Other than that she's a great friend and someone you could honestly trust, until she suggest a team picture with you upside down (:
